1. Information We Collect

When you connect your Instagram account to Sainteligence Community Manager, we collect:

• Your Instagram username and user ID
• An access token to interact with Instagram on your behalf
• Direct messages sent to your Instagram business account
• Comments on your Instagram posts

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Generate AI-powered replies to your Instagram DMs and comments
• Store conversation history in your dashboard
• Identify potential leads from conversations
• Schedule and publish content on your behalf

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only shared with:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — to generate AI replies (message content only, no personal identifiers)
• Meta/Instagram — to send replies back through the Instagram API

5. Data Deletion

You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from the dashboard. Upon disconnection, your access token is immediately invalidated. To request full data deletion, contact us at support@sainteligence.com.
