By accessing and using Sainteligence Community Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Sainteligence Community Manager is an AI-powered tool that automatically responds to Instagram direct messages and comments on behalf of your business Instagram account.

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account
• You must authorize our app to access your Instagram account
• You are responsible for the content generated and sent through your account

4. AI-Generated Content

Replies are generated by AI (Claude by Anthropic). While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may not always be perfect. You are responsible for monitoring and managing your bot's responses.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sainteligence is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated replies, including but not limited to loss of followers, reputation damage, or missed business opportunities.

6. Termination

You may disconnect your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate Instagram's terms of service or engage in spam.
